The company delivered products are not match as the agreed specifications (for example, incorrect size or wrong products, etc.)
Exchange and return policy
Buyer can submit a request to exchange products or return products only in the following situations:
– Buyer does not receive the product.
– Products are unusable or damaged during shipping. Company does not accept any product exchanges due to problems occurred from customer storage methods.
Order cancellation policy
Inform product cancellation in advance within 12 hours after placing the order during working hours. If customer does not comply with the mentioned requirement, the company will not cancel the products to customers at all cases.
Product will be shipped only when the company confirms the order after the buyer has made payment to the company.
Payment must be done together with the order at all time. Company does not provide cash on delivery service.
